This page describes practices in the MHomeEasy source. It does not claim a certification, a seal, or a compliance audit. MHomeEasy is made by 广州智家科技有限公司 (Guangzhou Smarthome Technology Co., Ltd.), bundle ID com.guangzhousmarthometechnologycoltd.MHomeEasy. It is not an Apple product. No account is required.

No account 没有账号

MHomeEasy does not ask you to create an account, and it does not offer a sign-in. The home you describe stays on this iPhone. There is no MHomeEasy profile on a server.

MHomeEasy 不要求你创建账号，也没有登录。你描述的家留在这台 iPhone 上。没有一份存在服务器上的 MHomeEasy 档案。

What is stored on this iPhone 存在这台 iPhone 上的内容

The app keeps a local snapshot of:

  • The home profile: display name, ecosystems, whether you own or rent, and the hubs you marked.
  • The My Matter desk: devices you checked and the last light, plans you opened, experience answers you kept, and the shopping list.
  • The language you chose. English is the default until you switch.
  • The Do Not Sell or Share switch.
  • The count of model attempts for the current calendar day. That count is not an API key.

Pairing-code payloads are not in that snapshot.

Pairing codes 配对码

Matter pairing codes you choose to save go into the Keychain. By default the item stays on this device. If you turn on “Also save in iCloud Keychain,” the item can sync through your own iCloud Keychain. MHomeEasy has no upload path for those codes. A shared home summary names ecosystems and hub counts and leaves the codes out.

HomeKit HomeKit

When you ask the app to check Apple Home for a hub, it reads a coarse summary: whether a home hub is present, and counts of accessory categories. Accessory identifiers, rooms, and home location are not copied into the saved home profile. HomeKit data is not sent to ads or analytics. It is not passed into affiliate parameters. The summary is not a stored HomeKit database.

Camera and help 相机与帮助

Barcode, Matter QR, and on-box text use VisionKit on the device. The scan is a compatibility check. It does not buy anything, and it does not upload the camera frame as an MHomeEasy account photo. Help guides ship inside the app. They are not fetched from the web.

Do not sell or share 不要出售或分享

MHomeEasy does not sell your personal information. There is no measurement SDK.

Me includes the switch “Do not sell or share my personal information.” The switch lives on this device. While it is on, the app does not add sale or share flags to links that leave the app, and it strips those markers from exported list text. Turning the switch on does not create an account or send a request to a data broker. There is no sale of personal information to turn off, because the app does not sell it.

MHomeEasy 不出售你的个人信息。没有测量用的 SDK。

What is not sold 不会出售的内容

The home profile, the My Matter desk, pairing codes, the language choice, HomeKit category counts, and camera scans are not sold and are not shared with an advertising or analytics network. A retailer link on the shopping list can be a paid link. That label is a commission disclosure. It does not change the compatibility light, and the verdict does not use the commission.

家庭资料、「我的 Matter」台面、配对码、语言选择、HomeKit 类别数量和相机扫描都不会出售，也不会分享给广告或分析网络。购物清单上的零售商链接可以是付费链接。那个标记是佣金披露。它不会改变兼容灯，判定也不使用这笔佣金。

Language model 语言模型

The current iPhone app has no live model client and no API key. Verdicts, the safety card, barcode and Matter recognition, product lookup, the Thread check, the Keychain, help search, and My Matter do not call a model. Ask from saved experience answers on the device when the bundled library matches. Free cannot use a model. Plus and Pro are allowed 30 attempts a day, and only when saved experience does not match. This website does not publish a key. A key in a local .env.local file is not loaded by the phone app.
