This page is for people using MHomeEasy and for App Review. English is the App Store primary language. The same guidance is in Chinese beside it. MHomeEasy is a neutral Matter compatibility and setup guide for the United States and Canada. It does not control devices. It is not an Apple product, and this is not an Apple website.

How to use the app 怎么用

These steps follow the help guides that ship inside the app. Those guides are not a web search.

  1. No account. The first time you open the app, walk the setup: the apps you use, whether you own or rent, the speaker or TV box already in the home, then one sample device. You get a light before any purchase. To do it again, open Me and choose Redo the 90-second setup.
  2. A circle means Works. A triangle means Works with a catch. A square means Does not work with this home. A dashed circle means Not enough evidence. The word sits next to the shape.
  3. Open Check and scan the barcode, or type a barcode, Matter code, or model. The light is a compatibility result for your home. Scanning does not buy anything. The camera session is VisionKit on the iPhone.
  4. Open Check and choose Devices keep dropping off for the Thread network check. That screen looks for the boxes that connect Thread devices. It is optional. The app does not control those routers.
  5. Open Solutions and choose Ask from saved experience. Type a plain question. A local match stays on this phone and does not use a model attempt. Model answers are part of Plus and Pro, only when nothing saved fits, up to 30 times a day. Free does not include model answers. If an answer is useful, choose Keep on My Matter.
  6. The electrical safety card is free on every plan. It tells you to stop and hire a licensed electrician for in-wall mains or gas work. It does not tell you which wire to touch, and it does not give installation steps.
  7. After setup, the next launch opens My Matter. It keeps the ecosystems, whether you own or rent, the hubs, devices you checked, scenarios you opened, experience answers you chose to keep, and the shopping list. Pairing codes stay in the Keychain and are not listed as secrets on this desk.
  8. Open Me. The control is labeled Language / 语言. English is the default until you switch. The choice is saved on this phone.
  9. On a result, choose Save to my list. The product appears on List and on My Matter. Saving does not change the light. A Paid link badge is a disclosure. It is not a compatibility fact.
  1. 不需要账号。第一次打开时走完设置：你用的应用、自住还是租房、家里已经有的音箱或电视盒，然后试一个设备。买之前就能看到灯。想再做一次，打开「我」，选「重做 90 秒设置」。

  6. 电气安全卡在每个方案里都免费。遇到入墙电源或燃气，它让你停下来，请持证电工。它不会告诉你碰哪根线，也不会给安装步骤。
  7. 设置完成后，下次打开会先进入「我的 Matter」。它记住生态系统、自住或租房、中枢、你查过的设备、你打开过的方案、你选择留下的经验，以及购物清单。配对码留在钥匙串里，不会把密钥摊在这个台面上。
  8. 打开「我」。控件写着 Language / 语言。默认是英文，在你切换之前一直是英文。选择会存在这台手机上。
  9. 在结果页选「保存到我的清单」。产品会出现在「清单」和「我的 Matter」。保存不会改变灯。Paid link 标记是披露，不是兼容结论。

A path for review 审核可以这样走

  1. Open MHomeEasy. There is no sign-in. English is showing, including on a Chinese iPhone, until you change it.
  2. Finish the setup and read the first light. The words are Works, Works with a catch, Does not work with this home, or Not enough evidence.
  3. Open My Matter, Solutions, Check, My Home, List, and Me once, then return.
  4. In Check, type a model if the camera is unavailable. On iPhone, Scan the barcode uses the on-device camera.
  5. Open Me → Privacy and read Do not sell or share my personal information. The switch stays on this device.
  6. Open Me → Plans. Free still shows the main light. Plus is $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Pro is $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. The safety card stays free.
  7. Open a safety card on a mains-level result. It refuses installation guidance. It does not show a wiring diagram.

If something does not respond 没有反应时

  • Checked devices stay empty until setup is finished. Open Me and redo the 90-second setup, then check one device.
  • A gray dashed circle means the local record does not have enough evidence. That is a result, not a stalled screen.
  • Camera scanning runs on iPhone. On a Mac, type the barcode, Matter code, or the model printed on the box.
  • Ask from saved experience shows the local answer when one matches. If nothing saved fits, Free explains that model answers are part of Plus and Pro. Plus and Pro can record up to 30 attempts on that calendar day, and only for that miss. The current app does not contain a live model client, so no model request is sent.
  • Thread merge notes name Apple Home, Google Home, or SmartThings. MHomeEasy does not send the merge itself.
  • 设置没做完时，查过的设备是空的。打开「我」，重做 90 秒设置，再检查一台设备。
  • 灰色虚线圆表示本地记录证据不够。这是一个结果，不是页面卡住。

What stays on this iPhone 留在这台 iPhone 上的内容

  • The home profile: ecosystems, own or rent, and the hubs you marked.
  • The My Matter desk: checked devices and their last light, opened plans, kept experience answers, and the shopping list.
  • The language choice and the Do Not Sell or Share switch.
  • Matter pairing codes in the Keychain. iCloud Keychain is optional and uses your own iCloud Keychain. There is no MHomeEasy account.

Plans 订阅

Free: one home, the main light and the one-sentence reason, and the safety card. Free cannot use the language model.

Plus: $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year. Unlimited per-ecosystem breakdowns, Thread merge notes, and the Multi-Admin setup guide. Plus gets 30 model attempts a day, and only when saved experience does not match.

Pro: $9.99 a month or $79.99 a year. More than one home, bulk checks, and CSV or PDF handoff. Pro gets the same 30 model attempts a day, and only when saved experience does not match.

The safety card is free on every plan. Verdicts do not change because a plan is paid. This page does not publish an API key.

Electrical safety card 电气安全卡

The L3 card is a boundary, not a wiring guide. The app states that it does not provide electrical installation guidance. It does not identify conductors, show a tester diagram, or give installation steps. 120V or 240V wiring, in-wall changes, gas, and boiler work belong with a licensed electrician. MHomeEasy does not fill in panel wiring.
